Are you passionate about improving services for children, young people, and families?
Do you have personal experience with emotional wellbeing or substance use services?
Are you ready to use your voice to create real change?
As a Volunteer Peer Advisor with Compass, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the services that support children, young people, and families. Your experiences, ideas, and insight will directly influence how we design and deliver emotional wellbeing and substance use support…making services stronger, smarter, and more person-centred.
You’ll have the chance to collaborate with teams across Compass, attend local and national events, help recruit the right people into life-changing roles, and develop new resources that make a real difference. You’ll even have opportunities to work with our Board to ensure young people and families truly help lead the way.
Flexible and fully supported, you can volunteer remotely, locally, or a mix of both, with training, supervision, expenses paid, and development opportunities all part of the package. Along the way, you’ll build new skills, grow your confidence, and open doors to future career paths, while making a meaningful impact that will last far beyond your time with us.
This is your chance to be heard, empowered, and celebrated.
Your story has the power to inspire change - let’s make it happen together.
