We’re looking for someone with qualifications or equivalent experience in youth work, psychology, social care, or counselling (such as a Diploma or NVQ Level 4) and at least two years of therapeutic experience in this field.
Having knowledge of safeguarding policies, effective communication skills, and a proactive, adaptable approach are key. You’ll be confident in engaging with families and caregivers, working within a multi-skilled team.
Mental Health First Aid or Triple P training would be a bonus!
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring excellent time management, IT skills, and the ability to handle changing priorities with a solution-focused mindset.
You’ll be comfortable with monitoring outcomes, understanding the importance of data collection, and contributing to risk management. With a positive attitude, a team-player mentality, and a commitment to ongoing professional development, you’ll feel at home in our vibrant and supportive environment.
A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required, as well as flexibility to work year-round to meet the needs of the families and communities we serve.
