About The Role

Join Our Team as an Administrator – Make a Positive Impact!

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of children, young people, and their families? We’re looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our Rugby team and provide vital support to our school health teams.

In this role, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team, working with the Administrator Team Leader to ensure seamless service delivery.

You’ll manage and organise information systems, support national health initiatives, and help keep our services running smoothly. As the first point of contact for queries, you’ll provide professional, courteous communication while maintaining resources and processes.

Your work will also involve team meetings, producing reports, and sharing vital public health information with stakeholders. You’ll drive impactful programs like the National Child Measurement Programme and Health Needs Assessments, creating meaningful change in the community.

Building strong relationships with colleagues and partner agencies is central to this role, alongside maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times.

We value teamwork, inclusivity, and your professional growth. If you’re proactive and passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you.

This role is office based, 30 hours per week across 4 days and has an all year round working pattern, although term-time working would be considered.

Be a part of building brighter futures!

About You

We are looking for who is person focussed, possessing a positive attitude and who is eager to contribute to improving children’s and young people futures. Along with these attributes we also are seeking for someone who meets the following criteria.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • At least one year of experience in administration and data input within a busy office or customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent IT skills.
  • Empathy, clear communication, and interpersonal excellence.
  • A team-oriented approach with a willingness to help others.
  • The ability to build and maintain positive relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-focused, tenacious attitude.
  • A high level of personal integrity and a commitment to professionalism.

While not essential, we would also welcome qualifications such as a minimum of five Level 2 qualifications (A*-C), including English and Maths, and NVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience. Experience working directly with the public would be an added advantage.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to make a real difference!
