We are seeking a passionate individual committed to empowering children, young people, and families to thrive. As a Holistic Wellbeing Worker, you’ll bring expertise, creativity, and compassion to this impactful role. We also require you to have:
• A qualification in mental health or working with children and young people (e.g., Diploma in Youth Work, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or NVQ Level 4).
• Experience working with children, young people, and families, particularly in education, mental health, or community settings.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and consent issues, including Gillick competence.
• Ability to deliver 1:1 therapeutic interventions and group workshops for children and families.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks effectively.
• Access to transport and willingness to travel to community locations.
Desirable qualities include experience in holistic wellbeing practices, delivering workshops, or working with vulnerable groups. A background in monitoring outcomes or contributing to innovative projects is a plus. These would help you thrive in the role but aren't dealbreakers.
