Ready to lead a team that changes lives?
If you can stay calm in the chaos, bring clarity to complexity and lift others as you go, this role is built for you.
As Practice Supervisor for the JEFF (Journey to Enrichment, Fulfilment and Friendship) project, you’ll be at the centre of work that supports children and young people facing both emotional wellbeing challenges and youth justice involvement.
You’ll be the main point of contact for emotional health support, working directly with families, schools and other professionals to ensure every child gets the right support at the right time.
You’ll assess, plan and deliver evidence based interventions, lead your team through daily duty meetings, and offer expert clinical guidance when it matters most.
You’ll hold your own caseload, support risk planning and work hand in hand with VCSE partners and local agencies to meet young people where they are.
But this is more than just delivery. It’s about coaching, inspiring and growing a team of practitioners who rely on your leadership to stay focused and values led. You’ll set the tone, keep the energy, and help shape a service that doesn’t stand still.
If you want to lead with purpose, empathy and real impact also help others do the same, then this is your chance to step up.
