About The Role

Help shape healthier futures for children, young people and families across Warwickshire by joining our growing Healthy Futures team.

This is the opportunity to become part of an innovative public health service that works with schools, families and local communities to help children and young people build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

As our Administrator, you will be at the heart of a friendly and supportive team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating key programmes such as the National Child Measurement Programme and Health Needs Assessments, to maintaining accurate records, supporting communications and responding to enquiries, your work will enable our practitioners to deliver engaging health and wellbeing activities across Warwickshire.

You will help build efficient systems, support the sharing of important public health information and become a trusted point of contact for colleagues, schools, families and partner organisations. Every day will bring variety, purpose and the chance to make a real difference.

This is an 18.5 hour per week, primarily home based role, offering flexibility and an excellent work life balance, while remaining connected to a collaborative and welcoming team. To support key service priorities, you will need to be available to work on Wednesday mornings, with other working days to be agreed at interview.

About You

You are someone who enjoys bringing organisation, structure and positivity to a busy team. You understand that excellent administration helps services thrive, and you take pride in delivering high quality work that supports colleagues, schools and families alike. You are approachable, proactive and enjoy building positive relationships with the people you work with.

You will bring:

  • Experience working in an administration or customer service environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic systems
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Warm, professional and confident communication skills
  • The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a supportive team
  • A positive, flexible and solution focused approach
  • The ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, schools and partner organisations
  • A commitment to confidentiality, inclusion and delivering an excellent service

It would also be helpful if you have experience supporting public services, coordinating programmes or promoting information through digital channels, although this is not essential.

If you want a flexible role where your organisation and people skills can make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. Apply now and help create healthier futures across Warwickshire.
