Great services rely on people who are organised, dependable and one step ahead.
You enjoy bringing order to busy environments, building positive relationships and making sure nothing gets missed. You take pride in delivering great administrative support, knowing your work helps colleagues provide the best possible service to children, young people and families.
Your values are your strongest asset. You act with integrity, value others, find solutions when challenges arise and take pride in being someone your team can always rely on.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a busy administrative environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate records.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• The ability to work independently, as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• A good understanding of confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Experience supporting health, education or community services, using clinical or case management systems, or holding an International Certification of Digital Literacy (ICDL) would be an advantage but aren't dealbreakers.
