About The Role

Are you ready to be the organiser, connector, and quiet powerhouse behind a team making a real difference?

As an Administrator, you’ll be right at the heart of our Central Services Team, making sure everything runs seamlessly. Working closely with the Head Office Admin Team Leader, you’ll provide professional, high-quality support across the wider organisation.

No two days will feel the same. In this integral role you’ll be responding to enquiries, coordinating travel, accommodation and meetings, handling digital admin tasks, and providing crucial support to our Health and Safety Lead to ensure we stay compliant with internal standards and external regulations. Every task you take on will help the wider organisation achieve positive outcomes for children, young people and families.

You’ll also play a big part in building strong links across Compass, bringing people and systems together with efficiency, warmth and a sharp eye for detail. Discretion, confidentiality, and a true team spirit are key to succeeding in this role.

This role is Hybrid with some travel to our Head Office in York.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • A team player mindset with a proactive, solution-focused attitude
  • Empathy, flexibility and personal integrity in everything you do
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car

If you also bring English and Maths GCSEs, customer care experience, or experience using digital technology and social media tools, you’ll be even better prepared to thrive and grow within the team.
