About The Role

Compass is a national charity providing wellbeing, health and support services to children, young people, families and carers in schools and communities across England. We are looking for a Digital Implementation Team Leader to provide leadership and coordination in the development, design and mobilisation of Compass’ approved digital solutions to support services to successfully implement, and embed evidenced based, engaging and effective solutions.

About the team…

The role will sit within Compass Flex Team who provide additional support and capacity to all Compass’ early intervention health services.

About You

We’re seeking a values-driven (integrity, valuing each individual, solution focused, consistent and reliable) individual with a passion for developing children, young people and families services. You will also have:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent level of experience in health, care or community sector work with CYP.
  • Experience of team management and / or leadership role
  • Experience of leading on programme management or project management including change and implementation.

It’s largely home based but with an expectation for occasional travel across England which may also include overnight stays.
