Are you ready to be the person who helps a young person feel seen, heard and genuinely supported?
As a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be out there making it count in schools, youth spaces and the community, connecting with young people where life is really happening. This role is about more than support. It is about showing up, building trust, and being the steady hand that helps a young person take back control.
You will hold a caseload of young people, delivering everything from quick check ins to structured, one to one support. You will offer guidance around substance use, sexual health and other risky behaviours, and play a big part in our school education and outreach work. You will also take part in the duty system, answering calls and texts, making sure help is there when it is needed most.
You will shape group sessions, lead on a specialist topic you care about, and help grow our peer education programme. Whether you are planning with a teacher, meeting with a social worker, or helping a young person feel hopeful again, you will be making a real difference every single day.
This is a role with purpose, heart and impact. If you lead with integrity, value every young person, and are ready to bring consistent, solution focused support where it counts, this is where it starts.
